Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable (including payments)
- Full-cycle Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, cash application)
- Bank transaction posting
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices, credit memos, and expenses
- Collections follow-ups and account maintenance
- Standard journal entries (no accruals / no month-end ownership)
- PO 3-way matching and resolving discrepancies
- Handling inventory-related invoice issues
- Managing payment runs (EFT, wires, cheques)
- Maintaining organized ERP records
- Supporting transactional work for sister/affiliate entities
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in transactional accounting roles
- Experience in small/mid-sized companies (high ownership environment)
- Exposure to inventory + PO 3-way matching
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (sorting/filtering without errors)
