Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager in Edmonton will be responsible for:
-Supervising all accounting processes and providing recommendations.
-Overseeing preparation of financial statements.
-Establishing and monitoring internal controls.
-Coordinating external and internal auditing process.
-Overseeing tax-related activities, managing cash flow, working capital, and other treasury functions.
-Conducting financial analysis to interpret trends, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
-Providing leadership to the accounting team.
Qualifications
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager in Edmonton:
-CPA
-3+ years of Accounting Experience in a Management role
-Experience with Dynamics 365 is an asset.
