Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + bonus

In this role, you won't just manage the cycle—you’ll be the architect of the next phase of their growth. You will dive deep into full-cycle accounting while actively hunting for opportunities to automate, optimize, and elevate their financial operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, and GL reconciliations.
Manage the monthly and year-end close processes to deliver pristine financial reporting.
Lead SOX testing and internal control initiatives to ensure audit readiness and scalability.
Coach and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting or CPA designation ( an asset)
Manufacturing industry experience (an asset).
Experience in a leadership role.
Bilingual (French and English)
Note on English Proficiency: Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both verbal and written). Specifically, the employee will need to collaborate with and provide necessary support to colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French.
