Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of 2, ensuring performance and professional development.
- Manage daily accounting operations, month-end close, and financial analysis.
- Provide strategic financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Design and implement efficient financial processes and continuous improvements.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
- CPA with audit experience (Big 4) and 2+ years in accounting management.
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Expertise in IFRS and internal controls under Regulation 52-109.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and organizational ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; ERP proficiency (SAP an asset).
