Our client is currently looking for an accounting technician to take over the full cycle of accounting as well as some administration tasks. The ideal candidate would have 3 + years of experience with the full cycle, having touched upon some payroll as well. ERP experience is an asset. Excel experience is a must. The person must be bilingual as they will be working with Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Participate in the full cycle of accounting
-Accounts payable / accounts receivables
-Process payroll for approximately 25 ee
-Enter accounting entries using an ERP system
-Participate in different types of documentations for shipping
-Prepare invoicing (including freight) and send cheques
-Month End reconciliations
-Administrative tasks such as gathering timesheets and submitting hours for
payroll
-photo copying of documents
-Assist with inventory, and general
office administration.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3 + years of experience in a relevant role
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- College diploma ( DEC / DEP / AEC ) in accounting
- Must be a team-player, willing to wear multiple hats
- Must be organized and meticulous in your work
