Responsibilities
Manage general accounting
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the external accountant
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll and monitor tax returns
Manage accounts payable
Process accounts payable, including verifying invoices and making payments; Issue checks
Reconcile accounts at the end of the month
Pay invoices from external staffing agencies
Produce the analyses required for the year-end audit
Reconcile bank accounts
All other related tasks
Qualifications
DEC/BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with SAP or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in Excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
