Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday
Work Mode: 100% on-site, with 1 day per week working from home
Vacation: 2 to 3 weeks (based on experience)
Personal Days: 6 sick/personal days per year

Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze customer buying habits to forecast and align procurement needs.
Order Management: Process master contracts, customer orders, and delivery schedules via email.
Excel Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports (rigorous stock tracking and reconciliations).
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, and the Warehouse teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (coordination, logistics, or account management).
Languages: Perfect bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory.
Excel Mastery: Intermediate level required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Software: Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong asset.
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, team spirit, strong sense of organization, and a sense of urgency.
