Responsibilities
In this Accounts Payable Administrator role in North York, you will be responsible for the following:
-Process invoices accurately in Sage 300, verifying coding, approvals, and matching with purchase orders.
-Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
-Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
-Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare aging reports.
-Review and process employee expense reports in adherence to company policies.
-Assist with month-end close processes and support audits.
Qualifications
In this Accounts Payable Administrator role in North York, you will be required to have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience processing full-cycle AP.
- Experience with Sage 300 or similar accounting systems is a strong asset.
- Previous experience working in a similar industry is an asset.
