Responsibilities
- Processing high-volume invoices and expense claims
- Process all incoming payment requests
- Vendor management: Reaching out to vendors to solve any discrepancies
- Tax coordination and assisting with internal communication
- Assist team with month-end and year-end activities.
- Assist and help with special projects to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Knowledge of full cycle accounts payable process
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Very strong time management experience
- Asset: Yardi Voyager experience
- Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint) experience
