Responsibilities
Vendor & Invoice Management: Take ownership of invoice processing, credit notes, and three-way matching (POs, receipts, and invoices) with precision.
Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with suppliers and internal teams to clear up pricing or inventory discrepancies smoothly.
Payment Processing: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, wire transfers, and EFTs to keep vendor relationships strong.
General Accounting Support: Lend your expertise to journal entries, account reconciliations, and routine month-end close tasks.
Data & Communication: Leverage Microsoft Office 365 to organize ledger data, compile Excel reports, and maintain clear team updates.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 3 to 5 years of solid general accounting experience, with a heavy emphasis on Accounts Payable.
Software Savvy: Medium proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel for data analysis and reports).
ERP Advantage: Experience with SAP Business One or JD Edwards (JDE) gives your application a strong edge.
