Responsibilities
• Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and executing payment runs (EFTs, cheques, wire transfers)
• Maintaining organized vendor files and documentation
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable
Qualifications
• Experience with a large ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks
