-A temporary full-time position with a competitive hourly pay of $22.00 - $25.00
-This is an in-office role with a set schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
-The opportunity to join a collaborative and positive work environment with a close-knit team.
-This role is to cover a leave of absence and is expected to last until December or early January. Depending on succession, this position could potentially become permanent after an 80-day performance review.
Responsibilities
-Process a high volume of daily invoices, aiming to complete 20-30 invoices per day.
-Receive, assign, and manage incoming invoices from a shared mailbox.
-Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with the accounting and purchasing departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
-Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
Qualifications
-A college degree, associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
-A minimum of 1-2 years of prior accounts payable experience is required..
-Prior exposure to Microsoft systems is a must.
-Strong working knowledge of accounting or accounts payable practices.
-Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-guided environment.
