Responsibilities
-Handle invoices, reimbursements, and credit card reports with proper approvals and records.
-Make weekly payments and keep vendor and payment files organized.
-Track and file sales tax (GST/HST/QST/PST) returns.
-Record journal entries and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
-Check bank balances, request transfers, and help prepare for audits.
-Support the finance team and answer questions from other departments.
Qualifications
-2-3 years of accounting working experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Hands-on experience in credit card and balance sheet reconciliation
-Strong communication skills
