I’m currently partnering with a global infrastructure consultancy to find an Accounts Payable Coordinator who is as curious as they are precise. My client isn't just looking for someone to crunch numbers; they want a problem-solver who enjoys peeling back the layers of complex challenges and turning them into streamlined solutions.
...
If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to see the tangible impact of your work on global projects, this is a fantastic place to land.
Advantages
My client truly invests in their people. This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" kind of place.
- Growth & Mentorship: You’ll have access to coaching and regular feedback to help you level up your career.
- Real Rewards: Along with a competitive salary and great health benefits, there’s a performance bonus on the table. Over time, you may even be invited to become a company shareholder.
- Flexibility: They value results over "desk time," offering flexible work arrangements and plenty of time off to recharge.
- Hybrid Work Model: 2 days a week in office/week
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Finance, you’ll be the heartbeat of the AP cycle. You won’t just be processing invoices; you’ll be a key player in:
- Managing subcontractor invoices, employee expenses, and travel reimbursements with total accuracy.
- Investigating billing discrepancies and acting as the lead during audit processes.
- Using Deltek Vantagepoint to keep budgets and vendor files reconciled and up-to-date.
- Acting as a bridge between project managers and vendors, ensuring everyone stays informed and payments stay on track.
Qualifications
You’re likely a great fit if you have a Bachelor’s or College degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of AP experience. Beyond the credentials, my client is looking for:
- You don't just enter data; you understand the "why" behind the figures.
- You’re a pro with Microsoft Office and can pick up new software (like Deltek) with ease.
- Strong communication skills in French and English
Bonus points if you’ve worked in an international organization dealing with multiple currencies!
