Responsibilities
-Collect and verify corporate credit card statements
-Record credit card transactions and other accounts payable entries
Track expenses by client or project file
-Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents
-Identify non-compliant transactions and follow up with users
-Apply internal policies for expense approval and compliance
-Prepare payments for credit cards and other payables
Qualifications
-Vocational or college diploma (DEP or DEC) in accounting
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and thoroughness
-High level of confidentiality and reliability
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
