Responsibilities
-Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense claims in SAP, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and policy compliance.
-Match, verify, and post invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts with attention to detail.
-Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including EFTs, wire transfers, and cheques.
-Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships.
-Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
-Maintain well-organized AP records and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
Qualifications
-2–3 years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
-Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
-Solid understanding of general accounting principles and AP best practices.
-High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
