Responsibilities
• Processing a high volume of AP invoices efficiently and accurately
• Managing weekly cheque runs and completing regular bank runs
• Performing monthly account reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations
• Utilizing Yardi daily to maintain precise financial records
• Communicating professionally with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and account inquiries
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle AP experience
• Hands-on experience with Yardi software and background in property management
• Proven expertise handling high-volume accounts payable and reconciliations
• Ability to work fully onsite in North York and start as soon as next week
