Responsibilities
- Categorizing and sorting accounts payable statements and invoices.
- Processing vendor invoices and payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Processing employee expense claims and reconciling complex credit card transactions.
- Contributing to our team's success during month-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- You should have a knack for numbers, an eye for detail, and a talent for problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are a must.
- You should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- It’s a bonus if you have prior experience with Accounts Payable or a system like Dynamics 365
