Salary: $45,000 to $55,000
Advantages
Working conditions:
Schedule: 37.5 h/week (open to 35 h) - flexibility possible (e.g.: finish at 1 p.m.)
Vacations: 4 weeks according to CCQ construction calendar + CCQ vacations
Group insurance: after 3 months (50% paid by employer)
FTQ group RRSP (employee contribution)
DPSP: annual employer contribution (non-taxable, paid into RRSP after 1 year)
Responsibilities
Processing of the complete accounts payable cycle
Management of 300 to 400 suppliers and subcontractors
Validation of statements of account
Distinguishing contractual invoices from extras (excluding purchase orders)
Progressive invoicing according to project accounting
Follow-up of subcontractor requests
Validation of required documents (releases, insurance, RBQ)
Opening of supplier accounts
Administrative follow-up (excluding cheque preparation)
Customer service - suppliers/subcontractors
Compliance with internal procedures
All operations are processed digitally.
Qualifications
Software: Vision (an asset)
Accounting background (DEC or technical diploma - an asset)
Construction experience (a strong asset)
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to make a long-term commitment
Intermediate Excel level
Functional bilingualism (French essential, basic English required)
Autonomous, curious and rigorous personality
