-Manage the full payment cycle by performing rigorous 3-way matching.
-Collaborate on financial project tracking and verify the compliance of external partners.
-Accurately manage personnel expense accounts and organizational credit cards.
-Prepare the necessary administrative documentation for contract management and waivers.
-Support the team in administering files related to insurance and occupational health and safety.
Qualifications
-Solid experience in an Accounts Payable Technician role.
-A degree in accounting (DEP, DEC, or AEC) or equivalent professional experience.
-Excellent mastery of financial data validation and entry processes.
-Ability to communicate fluently in French and English in a bilingual environment.
