Responsibilities
-Manage daily collections totaling over $1 million
-Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring timely and precise cash application
-Maintain and monitor approximately 1,000 customer accounts across the team
-Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies
-Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships
-Prepare regular reports on collection status, outstanding balances, and cash application performance
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in AR (collections) and managing high daily collection volumes
-Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain effective customer relationships
-Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
