Overview:
As part of the accounting department, you’ll play a key role in managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment collection. You will handle follow-ups with clients, maintain accurate records, and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues, all while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Actively reach out to clients regarding overdue invoices
Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and formal notices
Respond to client inquiries promptly—within one business day
Set up, track, and manage payment agreements
Keep client records and credit approvals accurate and up to date
Process incoming payments and perform bank reconciliations
Generate and interpret accounts receivable reports and payment trends
Enforce internal credit policies and recommend strategies to reduce financial risk
Coordinate with other departments to resolve account-related concerns
Qualifications
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with various ERP systems and good Excel skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Comfortable working under deadlines and in a team environment
Qualifications:
DEP in accounting or related training
Previous experience in AR or collections is considered an asset
