Overview:
This key accounting role involves managing client accounts. You'll be responsible for tracking payments, handling collections, keeping records up-to-date, and communicating with clients. You'll also work with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Advantages
Vacation: 3 weeks

Retirement: Group RRSP
Schedule: 40h/week, flexible schedule depending on team (start at 8 or 9 a.m.)
Remote work : Hybrid
Responsibilities
-Contacting clients to collect overdue payments and respond to their requests promptly (within 24 hours).
-Setting up and monitoring payment plans.
-Processing payments and reconciling bank statements.
-Maintaining accurate client accounts and credit approvals.
-Generating reports on payment trends and account status.
-Applying credit policies to minimize financial risk.
-Working with other departments to resolve billing or account problems.
Qualifications
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with various ERP systems and good Excel skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Comfortable working under deadlines and in a team environment
Qualifications:
DEP in accounting or related training
Previous experience in AR or collections is considered an asset
