Responsibilities
Perform accurate bank reconciliations.
Manage monthly and ad‑hoc billing for public‑sector agreements.
Review billing reports and follow up with clinics and clients.
Identify and recommend improvements to streamline billing processes.
Analyze physician agreements and prepare monthly billing for licensee clients.
Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure compliance with terms.
Apply payments in Business Central.
Qualifications
DEC in accounting or administration with 2+ years of related experience (billing, accounting, or AR roles).
Familiarity with Microsoft Navision/Business Central (asset).
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Quick learner who adapts easily to change.
Bilingual French/English, with regular communication required in both languages.
