I’m currently partnering with a global infrastructure consultancy to find an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is as curious as they are precise. My client isn't just looking for someone to crunch numbers; they want a problem-solver who enjoys peeling back the layers of complex challenges and turning them into streamlined solutions.
...
If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to see the tangible impact of your work on global projects, this is a fantastic place to land.
Advantages
My client truly invests in their people. This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" kind of place.
- Growth & Mentorship: You’ll have access to coaching and regular feedback to help you level up your career.
- Real Rewards: Along with a competitive salary and great health benefits, there’s a performance bonus on the table. Over time, you may even be invited to become a company shareholder.
- Flexibility: They value results over "desk time," offering flexible work arrangements and plenty of time off to recharge.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will play a central role in the Accounts Receivable function. You won’t just be processing payments; you will be a key contributor to the revenue cycle by:
- Billing Management: Preparing and issuing client invoices with high accuracy, ensuring all project expenses are captured.
- Inquiry & Audit: Investigating billing discrepancies and acting as a lead contact during audit processes.
- Data Integrity: Utilizing Deltek Vantagepoint to manage aging reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain up-to-date client files.
- Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between Project Managers and clients to ensure clear communication and steady cash flow.
Qualifications
You likely hold a degree or diploma in Accounting and have at least 2 years of AR experience. Beyond the technical requirements, we are looking for:
- Analytical Mindset: An understanding of the logic behind the numbers, rather than just data entry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software (specifically Deltek).
- Bilingualism: Professional communication skills in both French and English.
- Multi-Currency Experience: Previous experience in an international organization dealing with multiple currencies
