Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a small AR team.
Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle with accuracy and timely execution.
Review and approve account reconciliations and clear GL accounts.
Monitor collections and ensure deadlines are met.
Prioritize tasks, track team performance, and supervise all customer accounts.
Perform month‑end analyses and support year‑end reconciliations.
Drive process improvements to optimize AR operations.
Assist with invoicing for priority or escalated accounts.
Perform and validate bank reconciliations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a DEC in accounting.
5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including team leadership.
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central (asset).
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with effective priority management.
Proactive, confident leadership and excellent communication skills.
Bilingual French/English, with frequent communication in both languages.
