We’re looking for a driven specialist to support a North American company in managing customer deductions and optimizing the accounts receivable process. You’ll have a real impact on results, working with dedicated colleagues and a supportive, people-focused manager.

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Technician
Manage customer deductions: shortages, returns, damages, price discrepancies
Analyze accounts receivable: credits, debits, partial payments, disputed items
Prepare documentation for collection agents
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to validate outstanding balances
Follow up with English-speaking customers via email
Help reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) in 2025
Qualifications
Accounts Receivable Technician
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or account analysis.
Comfortable with Excel (intermediate level) and able to work in English (7.5/10 proficiency).
Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and good written communication.
