Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Specialist role in North York, you will hold the following responsibilities:
-Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner
-Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
-Conduct collection calls and send follow-up communications
-Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts
-Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions
-Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing
-Support audit requests related to AR
Qualifications
To be eligible for this Accounts Receivable Specialist role in North York, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of full cycle AR experience.
- Experience with major ERP systems is an asset.
- Experience from a similar industry is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
