We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the operations of one of Randstad's valued clients in Oakville, Ontario. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to work for a well established organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing the full receivables cycle and possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth and accurate processing of significant client transactions and agreements.
- Proactively identify efficiencies and propose ways to optimize financial documentation
- Investigate and promptly resolve client-related financial issues, providing clear solutions and maintaining detailed communication records.
- Manage high volumes of invoices with high accuracy
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, and legal teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Process all incoming client payments through various methods and document all receipts.
- Ensure project-related expenses are accurately billed back to clients.
- Perform essential financial audits, reconcile monthly client orders and sales revenue, and maintain meticulous financial records.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar Accounting position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with data preparation and data entry.
- Strong ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, prioritize, and manage high volumes to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve client cases, with a commitment to clear documentation.
- Proficiency with Quickbooks and strong ability with technical software
- Past experience with collections through email and phone
