We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing the company's day-to-day invoicing, collections, and payments. Competitive wage of $24 per hour.
The position is a hybrid role based out of the Oakville office, giving you the flexibility to work from home three days a week.
Responsibilities
Assuring the timely and accurate invoicing of the assigned accounts.
Managing the collection of payments due, and ensuring any necessary write-offs are completed in a timely manner.
Acting as the primary liaison for customers regarding billing, invoicing, and other account inquiries.
Reconciling receivable balances and processing credit memos as needed.
Monitoring and reporting on deviations from credit standards for assigned accounts.
Working with a price and product lists to ensure correct pricing on all invoices
Qualifications
You should have a general understanding of accounting systems, with knowledge of Dynamics or another ERP systems being an asset.
A natural talent for problem-solving, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
The ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-player attitude.
You should be comfortable with software programs, including Google Suite and Excel.
Previous RMA experience is also an asset.
