Location: Oakville, ON (On-site)
Rate of Pay: $32-35/hr
Job Type: 2-3 months to start, with possible conversion

Responsibilities
• Post and reconcile daily client payments received via credit card, EFT, and cheque within QuickBooks.
• Manage a high-volume environment, processing over 3,000 invoices per month.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls on overdue accounts to resolve minor disputes and secure payment commitments.
• Resolve unapplied payments, discrepancies, or duplicate entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support month-end reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of AR experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks an asset
• Proven track record of managing high-volume invoicing and payment applications.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Oakville location.
