Responsibilities
• Managing the full-cycle accounts receivable process specifically utilizing the SAP FI/CO modules
• Applying daily cash receipts, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks, accurately within SAP
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and unauthorized deductions (chargebacks)
• Generating and analyzing aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and maintain low DSO
• Coordinating with the credit department to review customer limits based on payment history
• Performing account reconciliations to ensure the sub-ledger matches the general ledger
Qualifications
• Proven experience working as an AR Specialist with heavy SAP usage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution or supply chain environment
• Professional communication style suitable for B2B collections and internal stakeholder management
