Responsibilities
-Manage the full collection cycle and ensure the accurate application of received payments.
-Perform rigorous follow-ups on overdue accounts through professional calls and emails.
-Analyze aging reports to optimize the average collection period and cash flow.
-Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve any billing-related disputes.
-Prepare bank deposits and perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable.
-Generate month-end reports to present the global liquidity status to management.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable Technician role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and account tracking.
-Strong knowledge of accounting software and database management systems.
-Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic approach in both French and English.
-A college diploma (DEC/AEC) in accounting or equivalent relevant professional experience.
