Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant position in Laval:
- Provide administrative and management support to engineers, including project monitoring, quality assurance, requisitions, planning, and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the President
- Manage calls and welcome visitors
- Manage bids
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
DEC in administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Relevant experience related to construction project administration, an asset
Excellent command of the Office suite
Bilingual
Attentive to details and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong teamwork
Demonstrate discipline, structure, and organization
