Reception & Guest Relations
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and partners with warmth and professionalism.
Communications: Screen and direct incoming phone calls and manage the general company email inbox.
Environment: Ensure the reception area remains impeccable and reflects a professional corporate image.
Administrative & Logistics Support
Mail & Shipments: Manage the reception and distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
Meeting Coordination: Manage conference room bookings and organize catering logistics for meetings.
Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies.
General Administration: Provide routine administrative support, including filing, archiving, and drafting basic documents.
Team Collaboration
Departmental Support: Offer ad-hoc assistance to various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Education: DEC or DEP in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field (an asset).
Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative or reception role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction or real estate industry is considered a major asset.
Technical & Language Skills
Bilingualism: Impeccable bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
Software: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Professional Profile
Presentation: Professional and polished demeanor at all times.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Soft Skills: Highly autonomous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
