- Base salary range for Administration Supervisor between $75,000 and $85,000 - CAD annually, based on experience
At our facility in Etobicoke you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Recovery+ team as the Administration Supervisor :
- Ensure data integrity, completeness and compliance by accurately updating databases, forms, and internal systems.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including carrier pick-ups, in collaboration with the order management team.
- Lead and support the administrative team, fostering a customer-focused culture aligned with Cascades’ values and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to process optimization, assisting management with accounting tasks, administrative support, and month-end activities.
- Oversee cross-functional communication and information flow, ensuring timely approvals, adherence to standards, and achievement of financial and operational goals.

- Proven experience in team supervision and accounting, with strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire teams, handle sensitive situations with tact, and support employee development.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Technological agility, with proficiency in various digital tools; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the residual materials recovery and management sector is an asset, along with a high level of consistency and a results-oriented mindset.
