Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant - National Sector (Remote Work) - Minimum 1-Year Contract
The Administrative Assistant's main role is to provide flawless support for the management of critical documents and information, particularly those related to our partner's tenders/bids (appels d'offres). You will be the key person for maintaining the organization and compliance of administrative processes, working closely with artificial intelligence systems and the management team. You will have varied responsibilities, ranging from document sorting to communication management, all in a completely remote work environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
✔️ Daily filing and meticulous management of administrative documents (sorting, classification).
✔️ Ensuring the layout and linguistic correction (French) of official documents.
✔️ Collaborating with the artificial intelligence tool to research tenders/bids across the National scope.
✔️ Downloading documents and promptly transmitting them to the appropriate Account Manager, adhering to strict deadlines.
✔️ Maintaining fluid communication with the team and demonstrating proactivity in learning internal processes.
✔️ Supporting the new Team Lead in any other related administrative tasks, to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistant - National Sector (Remote Work) - Minimum 1-Year Contract
✔️ Bilingualism: Ability to communicate and work in both languages, with proficiency in French and English being essential to avoid any errors in documents. (Mandatory)
✔️ Administrative Experience: A minimum of relevant experience, ideally around 3 years, in administrative support functions. (Mandatory)
✔️ Rigor and Attention to Detail: Must be very strict regarding details and final deadlines. (Mandatory)
✔️ Mastery of the Office Suite: Solid knowledge of computer tools, including Word, for document layout and editing. (Mandatory)
✔️ Knowledge of Salesforce: Experience or knowledge of management platforms like SFDC. (An Asset)
