- Full time hours.
- Opportunity to gain experience in document management and company tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, distributing, and ensuring timely processing.
- Digitize and deposit checks in collaboration with the transactions team.
- Accurately enter client information into document management software.
- Maintain digital filing systems and track all received and sent documents.
- Ensure processing deadlines are met.
- Assist with light clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with computers, Excel, and basic office software.
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in document management, clerical work, or scanning is an asset.
