Daily responsibilities include meeting preparation, new account opening and maintenance, re-organization of files, residency updates, account transfers, and Salesforce account maintenance.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education is preferred (CSC/CPH or similar is a strong asset). 2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a similar large organization, ideally within the financial industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a larger team.
