Your Responsibilities
As an ambassador of our brand image, you will provide versatile administrative support across the following areas:
Reception & Communication: Greet visitors with professionalism and manage the corporate email inbox.
Administrative Management: Process incoming mail, verify specific invoices, and reconcile transportation/shipping invoices.
Customer Service: Manage new client account openings and ensure all customer files are kept rigorously up to date.
Team Support: Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Secretarial Studies is considered an asset.
Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency required (oral and written), as approximately 50% of our clientele is English-speaking.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows environments (Office 365). Knowledge of JDE, CRM, or COSS is considered a major asset.
Key Competencies: Excellent writing skills, strong ability to manage priorities and stress, and a collaborative team spirit.
