Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (100% in-office)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Duration: 12-month contract

Responsibilities
- Support the Vice-President and the project management team.
- Review and approve worker timesheets accurately and on time.
- Organize, coordinate, and actively participate in team meetings and department activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation and files on SharePoint.
- Coordinate and track material deliveries to various construction sites.
- Review, issue, and follow up on contracts and purchase orders.
- Verify and process invoices for approval.
- Perform other related administrative duties for the construction team.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role (ideally in construction).
- Organizational skills, priority management, attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SharePoint (asset).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication.
- Intermediate French and English (over 40% of interactions with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues, mainly in the United States, will be in English).
- Professional, collaborative, solution-oriented.
