Qualifications
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in legal secretarial work, legal technique, or training in business administration
• Prior experience in a law or notary firm strongly preferred (training can be provided)
• Flawless bilingualism (French and English) to serve a client base of 50% Francophones and 50% Anglophones
• Availability for a 100% on-site role in Saint-Léonard
• Strong customer service orientation and highly professional demeanor
• Sharp, alert mind with high versatility to adapt to changing requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively advise clients
• Proven organizational skills in business administration
