Responsibilities
-Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
-Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
-Manage incoming calls and inquiries, screen and route them to the appropriate individual or department, and take information to forward when necessary.
-Ensure all visitors use the sign-in security software correctly.
-Provide visitor and temporary passes and maintain security log and ensure visitor policies and procedures are followed.
-File, sort and distribute incoming mail as per the instructions provided.
-Responsible for preparing outgoing mail and couriers upon request.
-Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and re-order as required.
-Provide general and administrative support as requested by the Facilities and / or executive team, to ensure efficient operation in the office.
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-1-3 years in a receptionist role
- Experience working with Gmail, Google Documents, Google Calendars is a requirement for this role.
-Exercise a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
