Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls.
Manage the email inbox.
Enter clinical orders.
Ensure order management.
Manage inventory and stocks.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of relevant office work experience.
Essential bilingualism: fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent knowledge of office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Knowledge of a warehouse management software such as Fishbowl or another (an asset).
Ability to work effectively in a team.
