In this role, you will play a key part in providing efficient administrative support to the organization's various teams, within a primarily English-speaking work environment.
Advantages
Salary: $25 per hour
Location: Montreal-North - East of Montreal
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week
Flexibility: Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) – Flexible hours
Parking: Free and available on-site
Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks for various departments.
* Perform data entry and invoicing.
* Manage orders and follow up on relationships with suppliers.
* Assist the accounting and sales departments.
Qualifications
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (fluent communication with clients and partners).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks software.
Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector or a similar role.
