This is what your day will look like as an administrative assistant / project coordinator:
-Preparation of project opening documents
- Assist project managers in their management.
-Request prices from different suppliers and subcontractors.
-Monitoring plans and quotes.
- Estimate of change notices and enforceable works.
-Management and monitoring of documents, lists and project management reports
- Establish and maintain effective and ongoing communications with individuals/clients and groups/suppliers involved directly or indirectly in projects
- Release the controls
- Finalize files for invoicing
--Write, revise and layout service offers
-Take care of opening, updating and archiving files
--Requirements/skills sought
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English,
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite (ERP and Fidelio systems) is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities
Organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, versatility and the ability to work alone and in a team
Rigor and respect for internal processes and deadlines
