You will support the Controller in all administrative tasks and act as the main point of contact for tenants.
You’ll be working in a family-style environment with a small, close-knit team of three people. This position is to be filled as soon as possible.

-Permanent full-time position
-Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
-Salary between $48,000 and $55,000, depending on experience
-4 weeks of paid vacation: 2 weeks during the holiday season (Christmas) and 2 weeks during the construction holidays
-Located in East Montreal Saint-Léonard with free on-site parking
Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the accountant and property manager
-Manage tenant-related tasks: rent payments, deposits, leases, renewals, etc.
-Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming mail
-Perform various administrative duties: contract management, invoices, filing, etc.
-Oversee office supply inventory and orders
Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of experience in administration
-Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
-Ability to work independently
-Strong skills in handling multiple files at once
-Excellent command of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word)
