Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings
- Manage calendars
- Invoicing
- Answer phones
- Maintain lobbyist registry
- Monitor the BC Legislative proceedings, and the public policy environment, and assist in providing timely, relevant and accurate updates to clients and other stakeholders
- Assist in developing client strategies and supporting documents as required.
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of office experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of BC legislative processes an asset, but not required
- Outstanding communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
- Self starter
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel
