Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant – Sales Department Québec City (Charlesbourg)
Create client accounts and validate tender opportunities
Support pre-sales activities (quotes, order validation, file tracking, etc.)
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Organize client and partner visits
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, etc.)
Perform other administrative tasks related to sales support
Qualifications

Fully bilingual (French and English)
Experience in administrative support
Highly organized
Strong proficiency with Outlook and SAP
