Reception: Serving as the professional first point of contact for all visitors and callers.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional support to clients and internal staff, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Financial Support: Managing invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Administrative & Clerical: Maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling general office administration.
HR Assistance: Providing basic support to the Human Resources function, such as maintaining employee records or assisting with new hire paperwork.
Inventory Management: Assisting with the tracking and ordering of office supplies and other essential inventory.
Qualifications
Qualities We're Looking For
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar Administrative, Office Management, or Executive Assistant role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting/invoicing software.
Exceptional Communication: Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to data entry, filing, invoicing, and complex administrative tasks.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and thrive in a short-term, contract environment.
